Safety – Improves Quality and Productivity •Unsafe task execution leads to potential lower quality installation. •Quality and productivity are impacted when proper safety controls are not planned for, and/or utilized. •Maintaining a safe job site results in a positive work environment and client satisfaction. Productivity – Results from Safe and Quality Operations •Planning the task, anticipating challenges, identifying solutions, and communicating them leads to safely completing work efficiently. •Proactively identifying obstacles that could lead to safety challenges and/or poor craftsmanship, and pre-planning solutions is vital to maintaining a productive worksite. •Quality and Safety play a significant role in increasing productivity and delivering project performance for our clients.
