McPhee has announced leadership transitions today positioning McPhee to expand its utility and commercial business across its New England and Mid-Atlantic footprint.
Julie Blum, McPhee’s long -standing Vice President of Estimating will her shift focus to Management Development and Training targeted at the next generation of leaders beginning January 1, 2019. “Developing leadership talent energizes a company and these transitions establish a creative environment for our employees,” said Mike McPhee, CEO of Phalcon, Ltd.

Marcus will oversee the transition of the utility client interface role that Julie currently manages. Clay Paniati and Jake McPhee will lead the estimating efforts in the Commercial and Utility areas as Julie shifts her focus and efforts. Max McPhee, VP of operations in NJ will expand his role overseeing utility client relationships in CT and NJ. Andrew Wallace, Anthony Passanante and Judy DeLuca in the South Plainfield office will all be stepping-up to additional operational responsibilities as Max takes on his additional responsibilities in CT
