JE Richards donated funds to support and sponsor the 24th Annual Olney Open Charity Golf tournament in remembrance of Police Officer Noah Leotta and All First Responders.
Donations were contributed to the Officer Noah Leotta’s “Act Responsibly Scholarship,” which is open to students pursuing careers in public safety or law enforcement.
Applicants are evaluated on academic performance, leadership, civic and volunteer activities.
